Is there a convenience fee on top of the turf price?: Your first 5 paid bookings are fee-free: you pay the listed turf amount only. After that, Slotup adds a 1% platform fee (e.g. ₹6 on a ₹600 slot), shown clearly at checkout. Pricing may vary by weekday, weekend, or peak hours.
Which cities does Slotup support?: We're focused on Nashik for Year 1, with more cities planned.
How do I list my turf?: Download the app, choose Owner, complete setup, and submit your venue. Our team reviews listings before they appear on Explore.
Can I book for a full group?: Yes. Select multiple contiguous hours if available. The app shows a per-person split for planning; one person completes payment.
What if the owner cancels?: You'll be notified in the app with the reason. Owners can cancel before slot end (e.g. rain) or within 48 hours after end if they forgot. You receive a full refund when cancellation succeeds.
How long is my slot held during checkout?: About 5 minutes while you complete payment, so your hour isn't taken while you pay.
When can I cancel and get a refund?: Cancel at least 24 hours before your slot start time in the app. Inside that window cancellation isn't available. Track refund status in the app after a successful cancel.
How does owner check-in work?: Owners scan your booking QR at the venue. Check-in opens 45 minutes before start and stays available until 15 minutes after slot end.
Which sports can I book?: Box Cricket, Football (5-a-side / 7-a-side / full pitch) in Nashik. Filter by amenities: parking, washroom, floodlights, changing room, cafeteria, drinking water, first aid, equipment rental.
Is there an iOS app?: Yes. Download Slotup on the App Store or Google Play for Android.
How do venue owners get paid?: Owners manage bookings in the owner app. Slotup charges about 3% on paid online bookings only (e.g. ₹600 slot → you receive about ₹582). Walk-ins and WhatsApp deals are yours with zero Slotup fee. Settlement details are in your owner agreement.
What do owners pay Slotup?: About 3% only on paid online bookings through the app. Free to join, no monthly bill. Zero fee on walk-in, WhatsApp, or cash you take yourself. Example: ₹600 slot booked on app → you get about ₹582. We pay online payment charges, not you.
